Why use full-color imprinted envelopes for your marketing? Because what’s printed on the front of an envelope strongly influences when and whether people open it. A study for Pitney Bowes released in April 2010 reveals:
- Color text and graphics increase open-rates by 69% over envelopes with no graphics.
- People were two and one-half times more likely to open a color-graphic envelope than one with only black text or graphics.
